role responsibilities
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role owning the marketing function end-to-end. You will independently drive strategy and execution for marketing our financial software solutions to institutional and corporate decision-makers.
- Serve as our HubSpot expert, owning automation, CRM workflows, segmentation, and optimization
- Manage and grow all social media channels
- Develop high-quality content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, website, and thought leadership
- Lead email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
- Drive lead generation with a focus on qualified opportunities
- Improve and optimize conversion rates across funnels
- Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable reporting
- Stay ahead of marketing trends in fintech and financial services
- Coordinate event presence and conference merchandise
- Ensure the marketing engine runs consistently and strategically
skills & traits
What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience marketing financial software or B2B fintech solutions preferred
- Strong HubSpot expertise (automation and CRM workflows required)
- Proficient in Canva, Meta Ads, and AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Strong copywriting ability
- Analytical mindset with reporting experience
- Self-starter with strong execution discipline
